3. What information do we collect about you and where is it stored?

3.1 Contact forms

We collect the following information about you when you complete forms on our website:

Currently, this information is stored on our website content management system and sent to our marketing email address.  From here, your data may be added into Saleforce, Office365 or stored on our company file servers.

3.2 Website visitor tracking

Like most websites, our website uses Google Analytics. This tool collects information in an anonymous form, including the number of visitors to the site, where visitors have come to the site from and the pages they visited. We use this information to better understand how visitors find us and how they interact with our website. We can use this to make adjustments to our website, to deliver a better user experience.

3.3  Telephone calls

Telephone calls may be recorded for training and quality purposes and information you give to us may also be stored in our system, depending on the nature of your call, for fact verification, to update records or to deliver our services to you if needed.

If you choose to join our mailing list, your email address will be stored in Salesforce, Office365, our file servers and our mailing service.   At any time, you can unsubscribe from our newsletters, either from within the newsletter you receive or at any time on this website. Our general contact data is stored in industry standard tools such as Salesforce or Office365. This information is only accessible by authorised Engage Property Technology staff and is not accessible by third parties.

We will retain personal information for three years for contacts that are not current customers or employees.  Our portals and associated user data are removed from our portal platform when accounts are terminated.
